No they don't , I once watched this animal program and this professor guy said that fish don`'t need any eye lids because they are in water and their eyes all ready get moist. However, sharks are considered a fish and they have eyelids. I saw a show an Discovery Channel that said they have invisible eyelids like camels and snakes so that their eyes are always protected does that answer your question?!
No I don't think so. But Frogs are amphibians,that means they live two lives,one in the water,another in the land.Yes FROGS have eyelids they have two sets of eyelids one is transparent the other I don't know what kind of eyelids.
