Do other things to keep yourself occupied. Eventually you'll be used to not playing it that when you do again (if you do) that you probably won't get as much joy out of it. Try reading a book. Watching a movie. Go for a walk. Hang out with a friend. Ride your bike. Color or draw. So many things you can do!
Think about it this way: when playing the game, think about this: I can always play this game, but I can't always __________ (hang out with this friend, spend the day with this person, see this event, etc.)
