My grandson was taken by cps i was found to be suitable placement parents are now opposing will i still get my grandson

I think if the person your daughter was living with plead guilty to abuse she won't have much say in the placement, especially if she is still living with that person. She's being extremely selfish as it's better he's with you than in strangers care. Good luck.

thank you i wish she would wake up but she will just keep defending him and i refuse to manipulated by him and so i dont want her to come home yet until she leaves him cuz she is so brain washed in my opinion and i dint want my grandson to endure any thing else and i hope ur right and the judge sees it that way to. i dont know if i should hire an attorney tho if all the attorneys that count r on my side

I don't think a judge will send him anywhere other than to you, especially as you have the best interests of the child at heart & you won't let her around until she leaves him. Any mother that would stand by the man that abused her child is unstable (I'm sorry I know she's your daughter) & shouldn't be allowed to have him. She's not thinking of her child at all, I don't know what gets into these women when a man takes priority over her children.

You should file for custody at the court or prove that you are the right guardian for your grandson. The best thing however, is to get an attorney who will represent and help you to get back your grandson.

all the attorneys agreed that he would be placed with me that included my daughters attorney grandsons attorney and cps attorney and even the fathers attorney at first now the father is opposing it and my daughter will also cuz i told her she was being a bad mother for staying and defending the man that plead guilty to abusing her baby. why do the people that originally put the baby in this position have any say at all

i have already had all the home studies done and i guess what im asking is why do they have the choice will it fall back on the judge and i still be able to get my grandson
