I use Mary Kay make up remover. I don't sell or use MK stuff except that. It's great for water-proof mascara.

Take a warm wet wash cloth and lay it over your eyes for about two to five minutes, this will make it loosen up a little. Then regular warm soap and water. Don't smash it into your eyes, but try to gently pull it away from your lashes. : ) Been there hate it. This always worked well for me.

Baby oil I use to sell Mary Kay and I love the eye make up remover but found baby oil to be a lot cheaper! Just put a little bit on a cotton ball and it takes it right off

An oil based eye make up remover. A quality brand that hydrates at the same time. It is best to avoid the water proof mascaras as they leave a film on the lashes and can build up, over time causing damage.
