Precooked or cooked stuffing is definitely freezable but you have to make sure that the container that you will be using is sealed which means that no air can get inside. Not properly sealed container may cause freeze burn on your cooked food. If done and prepared properly, your cooked stuffing can stay frozen for a month, just label the container with the date you started freezing the food for you reference. Also remember that it should only be reheated once and after it has been thawed, reheat it and consume right away. It would not be advisable to leave it sitting after thawing or reheating because the quality of the cooked stuffing may change.
