My kindle fire didn't come with a cd and I can't connect it to my computer. Where can I download the software online for free?

I already tried googling it and that didn't work. I just don't want to have to go out and buy a new cd

You can download the software to help you connect your Kindle Fire to the computer from Amazon. This software will help you be able to connect the device to the computer using a USB cable. You can get some more information on http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200790620.

you will have to go buy a cord at walmart to connect it to your computer
