I have a 4l80e wont shift out of second gear trans is new whats the problem 1995 k3500 5.7

Go back to where you got the trans from.
It could be a wire or vacuum line, or linkage adjustment.
Maybe the computer has to tell it to shift, and the computer is getting bad info about the engine from a bad sensor or it's not running right.

The 4180e may be having trouble shifting to the second gear probably due to a wiring problem. There may also be a problem in the gearbox. You need to take it to a professional mechanic so that he can identify the problem and fix it.
