Lol but if i was too jump off a 3 story fire escape and right before i hit the floor i perform ah front tuck will i hurt my self ?

Jumping out of a 3 story building is quite dangerous and you will definitely die in real sense because of the force you will hit the floor with. Simply use the fire exit in case of any fire in the building.

while some people have survived from falls of that height and higher your body isnt made to take that kind of impact.
