He is wondering if the number of questions we are allowed to ask are limited, just like our answers & comments are limited here on ask.com.

Oh yes they are in a 12 hour period you an ask 15 questions, Answer 30 and Comment on 40 then there is a 12 hour wait before you can participate again.
