What does it mean when there are tags on a pic you have downloaded

a guy frm the internet a while back sent me his pic and when i put my mouse over the pic it has tags that say : adolescent; attractive; boy; young; portrait; caucasian; close up; clothing; expression; fashion; fashionable; ha. none of my other downloaded pics have that on it. so i guess my real question is: I've been tricked havent i? :,(

The tag might have been with the picture when you downloaded it.

It's like a Facebook tag I wouldn't worry about it I don't thank it's a virus or anything. Who ever posted the picture put it on there
