Obama Care is actually The Affordable Health Care Act. It made changes to regulations for insurance companies that helps to protect the patient, it also requires that everyone in the US have health insurance by some time in 2014 or pay a fine. Many people have a problem with the part that requires us to have health insurance. It was supposed to make health insurance more affordable, guess we will see.

Well wanting all Americans to have health coverage isn't a bad thing, the problem is that the insurance companies started hiking rates as soon as they heard about this. Personally I am not sure any politician cares or understands how hard it is for middle and lower class families or even single people to make it these days.

Actually, it's still hard for rich people to make it financially. Especially for my family, since we have alot of kids in the house and the government taxes my dad so much we go broke again as soon as he gets his paycheck.

Tell me about it. I've suffered for so long without it. I saved up all my medical problems and am in the process of getting fixed up. It's not even February and I'm fast approaching an empty savings account. Thank you, Obamacare. I think it would cheaper to pay the damn fines or run out in front of a bus.

Here is a 12-page summary. It's over 1000 pages, so the summary is a good start.
