The movement of the testes is controlled by the scrotum or the sac that contains the testes. The testes' temperature should be lower than the body temperature to keep the sperm virile. when the weather is too cold, the scrotum moves the testes near the abdomen and when it's too hot, the scrotum moves the testes far from the abdomen.
