The Tulsa zoo Oklahoma had a polar bear die recently it started to spin in circles and twitching and it fell into the water what happened?

That wasn't in Tulsa. That was in Germany - actually Knut, the polar bear cub that was in the news because it had been abandoned by it's mother as a cub. They have performed an autopsy but still are not saying what caused it to die until they have gathered additional information. Very sad.
