How does a 15 year old get a job at a store?

I'm trying to search part time jobs at like wal-mart or target , or fast food places , grocery stores, you know.

First you will have to apply for a job and get a worker's permit from your local Department of Labor. You can get a job in restaurants, stores or any non-hazardous places. However, teenagers are not allowed to work the same hours as other people and there are restrictions on how many hours you can work.
