How old should you be to get a tattoo like just a small one on my back?

I personally think that 15 is alright with a parent that's present, but in Missouri (where I'm from) I believe you have to be 18.

The right age at which one should get a tattoo is 18 years of age in most areas. One does not only need this but also parental consent if one decides to get it at a much younger age than 18 years.

legally you have to be 18 (unfortunately:/) some shops wont even let you walk in unless you are 18

then i believe the slightest amount of shops may allow that at a younger age, but goodlucl finding a shop.
