Is it legal to drive in the carpool with just a baby, or would I be pulled over in the state of California?

Just me & my baby.

Yes you can drive in the carpool lane with a baby. I even heard of a pregnant lady who got a ticket for
Driving in the carpool lane but she fought it saying the baby inside her is a person.

you might be pulled over if they can't see the car seat, but i don't think you will get ticketed. Where I live the signs say two or more people, a baby is still a person, so you should be okay.

Depends on if your Republican, or Democrat...if Republican, you can drive in the HOV lane at the second of 'conception'! Democrat, you're BUSTED!

That is Two people Though a small one and you might get pulled over if they dont see the baby . BUT it is Safer and you could get you a baby on board thingy with a suction cup and put it on the window - this is safer to and maybe get 2

Yes you can legally drive in the carpool lane, but it is one more reason why I hate the idea of a carpool lane.

You'll be pulled over and ticketed you have to have a passenger with a license.

This is soooooo far from the truth! Don't answer questions, if you aren't certain of the answer, because you are misinforming people. It doesn't matter how old the second passenger is, nor what their driving status is. The passenger can be 1 day old and it would be just fine!

I highly doubt you need another licensed driver as your passenger.

Not all adults are licensed this is a dumb answer
