what are behavioral adaptations

Report as

Adaptation in biology is considered an important trait of all living organisms that enable them to survive their natural setting. It is an organism's innate reaction to its local environment that is closely associated to its fitness, health and survival. An organism's adaptation mechanism is often faced with environmental challenges that help them grow, develop and equipped with the appropriate adaptive characteristics. In humans this distinct process of adaptation mechanism is called Human Behavioral Ecology (HBE). HBE is what differentiates humans from various behavioral and cultural diversities and determines their adaptive design of varying behaviors, traits and life histories.
