Can cream cheese mints be made in silicone molds?

I've used flexible rubber molds, but I've never used silicone.

Yes, cream cheese mints can be made in silicone molds. You will have to press the cheese mints in the molds to shape them. To obtain the best results, you can mold them inside out. Get some more details on how it is done on the Tracy Morris Suite 101 website.
