In grandtheft auto 3, what is the best way to complete the " expresso to go" mission, there doesn't seem to be enough time?

I know you have to crash the stands but I always run out of time

For the espresso to go mission, the key thing is to get a good start. Since the timer doesn't start until you destroy the first Colombian Coffee Stand.
