You can lose weight fast by jogging around the park or running on the treadmill. Eating healthy foods and not eating junk food like hamburgers ,pizza, fried food, etc. Eat like chicken salads or vegetable salads.Drink a lot of water instead of soda. Make a plan . Make a calendar and plan your dinners lunches and breakfasts . Make sure they are all healthy . For breakfast , eat eggs, special K , or something you like that's healthy . For lunch, have salmon or tai food . Go to a health food store and pick out some weight loss shakes and vitamins . Don't waste your money on weight loss systems when you could just eat right and don't waste money on going to the gym when you could go for a jog every morning or do exercises such as yoga or cardio workouts on your own or with a friend . If you want , I would also prefer that you have a friend or relative to help you out And Motivate you
Don't eat and do exercises. And drink a water only for 2-3 days straight, you will see effects. I know that hard but try out that will help. I do that that for 4 days and you know how much weight I lost you will not believe it( 14 pounds) good luck!!!
Counting calories is the first important thing. You have to be in a 3,500 calorie deficient to lose a pound. I would say eating 1,000-1,200 calories a day and exercise by doing cardio, anaerobics, and any form of strength exercise for 30 minutes each would be best to lose weight. Also eat the right portion. Aim for 2 serving if fruit, 4 servings of vegetables, 3 serving of a form of protein, 2 servings of dairy, and eat no refined carbs (and limit carb intake in general), and ditch any fluid other than skim milk, soy milk, black coffee (no sweeteners or sugar either), green tea, or water.
