Do scars from cutting yourself go away?

Depends on how deep the cuts were. You can buy something called bio oil, and it's a scar remover. Worked great on a few scars of mine.

you know. maby she is not doing it any more. maby she has gotten the help. you do not know their life so dont treat others badly. even if she has not gotten help the cuts and scars are shamful. i know. i live with mine eveyday of my life and it has been 4 years. every time you look at them you fell week so she has every right to worry about the.

if it isnt deep at all they will, but sometimes u can barely see the scar

Scars r scars. Sometimes scar massage is helpful but depending on how deep it may not make a big difference.

Yes, with the proper methods. When I get cut (and I had some pretty deep ones) I just used a bunch of creams and lotions for a while and they either disappeared or became barely noticeable.

NO!!! There will always be scars. What are you going to tell your future spouse and your children when they ask you how you got those scars???

you tell them the truth. the scars do not make you weak. it showes you have been strong. you do not need to bring them down any more. they already feel shame over them theat is why she is asking. but she will tell her spouse the truth and he will suport her or he does not deserver her simple as that

I agree with Khayes, but I would suggest talking to a counselor and getting help. You can also ruin the blood vessels and tissue by cutting yourself. You can also get infections and diseases from doing so.

Yes. But you need to make sure it's not infected or really deep or it will scare ps. Don't cut yourself

My daughter was cutting herself and her scares are still there and that happened 6months ago.... please dnt cut yourself for any reason talk to someone if you feel the need to.... Im happy to hear you havent done it in awhile....
