Chances are you are dehydrated. Increase your potassium level and drink more water.

One of the main reasons that your body may be cramping is that you are not drinking enough fluids. You normally have to drink eight 8 ounce glasses or water a day. If you exercise, you need to drink even more water to make up for the loss.
