How can i get rid of a cold and runny nose as quick as possible?

Lots of fluids (water and tea), lots of sleep and some cough medicine. Unfortunately theirs been a bug going around but stay home, rest up, and keep constantly wash your hands.

Zicam and fluid.vitamin c is excellent too.

stay in bed and take naps and and wash your hands and dont touch your face to much and drink water or tea with oatmeal and chicken noodle soup.
