Interested or nah? =) plz help Advice too.

Signs that make me thing he likes me:
1. stares sometimes....
2. when he talks to me he doesnt look at me in the eyes...
3. looks at me when i talk to or about other guys....
4. when he talks to me as soon as i turn around to answer..he turns around quickly and looks at the ground.

overall what do you guys think?!
signs that make me think he doesn't like me:
1. days he just pretends i dont exist
2. does the opposite thing of me...
3. if i get picked in a raffle..hes luck omg (if im picked more than once) and if this other girl gets picked hes like she gets pick all the time and turns around to look at her....thats the only sign he shows that means he likes her.
4. completely ignores me some days......!!

This is middle school.
