There's a thing down inside the handle. It's probably busted. Turn off the water to the sink (underneath the sink), unscrew the handle to the left side of the faucet and pull the brass thing out. Take it to lowes or home depot and buy a replacement. (price willdepend on quartile of faucet it is)

There should be a valve under the sink. If the sink is on a vanity, open the door and look inside the vanity. Turn the valve clockwise, you may need a wrench. If that doesn't work, you must call the plumber or hope somebody else can help you. Good luck!
If it's running on a pretty big speed and on high pressure, it's soon gonna flood your house if you don't stop it! Try something the other two answerers said, it works for a leak, I did something like that before. But if it doesn't work, you have to call a plumber!!
