Oh my! Do you have access to a vet? If so, you need to get her in, in case the others need some help getting out. You don't say how old your kitty is, but if she's very young, it's possible she would have a single kitten. I don't want to worry you, but if there are other stillborn kittens left in her, she could be in a lot of danger. If there's any way you can, I would have a vet take a look at her, she really should have had any others by now, that is a dangerously long time to have been in labor. I hope she is ok, please let us know how it comes out, please act now!

It's possible that she could still have kittens but it's unlikely. Most of the time if it's longer than 4 hours the cat needs to see a vet. But one stillborn kitten is unusual. Is your cat very young? And if you can feel kittens moving then maybe she will have them when she's ready. They could have been conceived at a different time from the stillborn kitten.

Well it may be that your cat still has kittens in her belly that could also be still born but since it has been so long you may want to get her to a vet to have her checked out. She may only have the one but if there are more and they are dead inside of her you need to get them out immediately before her system starts to poison itself.
