I am sixteen years old and i cannot pronounce the letter "R". Can anyone help me please?

I am sixteen years old and i cannot pronounce the letter "R". Can anyone help me please? It is stopping me from a lot of things,like speaking out loud. Im afraid that i might never be able to pronounce it. Please HELP ME!

Speech therapy. I did it in school for three years. I still have some troubles with my r's. But at least I am more aware and make a conscious effort to correct it using the tools i was given. It will help. Ask your guidance counselor for a recommendation.
