The key word in this Question is FEEL. Before you try anything, talk to your doctor and they will tell you whether you are overweight or not. If you are, then you need to ask your doctor what you should do to lose weight, not Ask. If you think you are fat because you have a lump on your tummy, whatever, just do stomach crunches. If you really are overweight though, your doctor will prescribe what to do, and no, that doesnt always mean a drug for you to take. If you want to lose weight and be healthy, then it will take commitment. Make Sure You Talk To Your Doctor, so that you are clear on whether or not you are overweight. If you arent, and start exercising too much and not eating enough than you could cause some serious damage to your body. Sorry for such the long answer, but I wanted you to understand... <3
Go out jogging everyday for about a month and see how much weight you lost.. And if you are under twenty and weight less than 170 you are definetly not fat. Some people think they are fat but actually have a great body. Plus just as Julianne said eat less calories than your burning and drink an ample amout of water everyday.
TRY cutting down on the "fat foods" (i.e, potato chips, etc). I have found that eating a half of a grapefruit a day, helps "burn off the fat"!!! ALL depending on YOUR BODY "type" cut your caloric intake DOWN!!! For ME, cutting MY calories DOWN to 1,000 per day WORKED!!! I just went out and bought a calorie counting book and ate whatever I wanted to -- BUT -- keeping within my 1,000 calorie limit per day!!! BUT, my husband found that HE needed MORE calories per day in order to keep up with HIS particular type of job!!!!
