My free bellsouth/yahoo email account has been suspended how can I find out why

I have tried to call Bell South and Yahoo but can't talk to a real person, I just want to know why that has happened and how I can retrieve my folders

You will have to contact Yahoo! Online support at Support.com! For Bellsouth. You can only contact their 24/7 support using the telephone number given on their official support site at http://www.support.com/email/isp/bellsouth.
