Some good exercises that are aimed for the stomach are plank or prone holds, Swiss/exercise ball sit ups, crunches, lying bicycles, captains chair leg raises and reverse crunches. But you have to remember to combine this with a healthy diet and cardio workouts to decrease your overall body fat percentage. Some great exercises to tone legs include lunges, squats and leg curls.

Biking, I've been BMXing and it been reducing my belly fat and toning my leg incredibly in such a short amount of time, I'm just a kid anyway, and over all body mass..

Spinning classes are great. They're cardio, so they help get rid of the belly fat, & the resistance you are instructed to vary during class build great leg muscles.
