Im running out of breath constantly.like, im sitting here and im running out of breath is there someting wrong with me?

this was happening for a long time and i dont think this is right

Shortness of breath is mostly caused by infections such as asthma, emphysema, COPD, bronchitis, heart failure, heart attack or pericarditis. It could also be caused by a severe infection like sepsis. It is advisable to consult a medical doctor as soon as possible for medical diagnose and treatment.
