If you are looking for a temporary fix then yes supplements can work. However it is temporary as the weight will come back as soon as you stop taking it. Also, many of those supplements can be dangerous for your health. 2 other things: 1. NEVER believe what is posted on the supplements website.... They are trying to sell you a product so the "research" they present will be biased and the truth majorly stretched... 2. ALWAYS check the safety of such products before using them...
