Why can't I see my website

I created a website on my computer and am trying to get it up and running. I created a domain name on go daddy and am hosting through host gator. I linked my host (host gator) to go daddy. but my website dose not want to show up on the web not sure why

Your website may be under an attack by malicious content such as phishing or a type of ware. It is possible that you violated the terms and conditions of ToS. Violation of Toss mounts to website closure. Log onto http://www.000webhost.com/forum/faq/1052-why-cant-i-see-my-website.html for more reasons why you cannot access your account.

how could it be under attack it isn't even on the web at all. I am trying to get it up and running for the first time.
