If I have two female budgerigars (budgies), is it a good idea to get one male?

Me and my grandma have two females, but one of them ignores the other, and we want a friend for the ignored female. Is it a good idea to get a male to accompany the female?

Yep, I think it is a good idea to get a male. Animals tend to learn lots of things if mixed with other animals from the different sex. You can also let them breed in the future and get more budgerigars.
