How would it be possible to catch someone when you know they are lying to a cop, and how can you prove it?

Become an investigator and do your own leg work. If you think they are lying, set out to prove they are. Start talking to them and ask them questions.

Go to the police and tell them what you believe is going on. If they want your help, you could use a wire or tape recorder and have them tell you the truth. Then the police would finally know the truth.

My mother is lying to a cop and I need to prove it, cause she's trying to get my locked up
