First off: bleaching your hair is never a good answer! Try not to bleach it again. Second: Try looking on Google for a hydrating shampoo and conditioner to help your hair out. Third: Try getting some new clothes and accessories to compliment your hair, and find hairstyles that don't say 'my hair is dried'.
Well there is this new shampoo and conditioner stuff that repairs hair. I believe its pretty pricey stuff but I day the smartest thing to do is stop bleaching it get it trimmed and let your hair stay healthy and natural.
Heres your best bet, get a few inches cut off, just to get the worst off. Then purchase a 60 second treatment, it is like conditioner x 1000, or purchase cholesterol from a beauty supply store and use them like every other day...
I put almost oil and coconut oil in my hair and wrap it in a warm towel for a few hours and wash my hair like usual. Its made my hair thicker, longer, breaks less, and has a pretty shine. starting out I did it once a week or so and now that my hairs better I do it once a month. Its really cheap and a the bottles last for at least a year. You can get them at health food stores.

Stay away from bleaching and coloring for a while..give your hair a break to replenish itself(: try using shampoos and conditioners meant for dry hair and an awesome way to get your hair healthy fast, is using olive oil on it. Just cover your head with that nasty stuff, leave it for a while, and then wash it out! :) the hardest part of returning your hair back to its original healthy self, is avoiding heat. Try as hard as you can to not use blowdryers, flatirons, curling irons, etc. as this will only make matters worse. Use the good old fashioned "air dry" technique. Try to style it without heat, if possible! Then always use a smoothing serum, or some kind of product that will help moisterize your hair.and last but not least, get haircuts regularly, allowing the dead and split ends to be cut off, leaving your hair always looking and feeling its best! Hope this helps!! :D
I know this sounds disgusting but I swear on everything it works. Mayonnaise. Not miracle whip, but the real stuff. I've only used it once because it makes your hair smell a little funky for the day, but it was worth it. Just rub it in your hair and let it sit for a bit then rinse it out! Also, washing your hair less helps a bunch; the shampoos they have at stores just strip all the moisture out. Try only shampooing the roots, and let the conditioner sit on the ends for a while. And if you do use hair straightener/blow dryer/curling iron, make sure you buy something to put in your hair before you do that. I have this stuff made out of silk (or by silk worms atleast) and it has helped keep my hair healthy. Good luck!
If you are white, try using ethnic hair oil it sounds silly but it works so well and isn't super pricy. Leave in our conditioner longer than usual, condition every shower, but only shampoo when absolutely necessary
A good trim will help get, an inch or two cut off or go shorter if your willing. Also you dont need to stop bleaching your hair, just make sure you are getting it done by a professional so you know it is being done correctly. Get a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner this one is perfect for you its for blondes there are 4 products you need:http://www.paulmitchell.com/EN-US/PRODUCTS/PAULMITCHELL/STRENGTH/Pages/SuperStrongDailyShampoo.aspx Also get some conditioning treatments in the salon they are much stronger than anything you can get over the counter and really help replenish your hair, they also sell these in salons.
