I think its really weird to eat chalk but I guess everyone's weird in some way. It just means you're craving calcium or something.But you said it was yummy lol. Chalk can contain germs.Where do you get it from? Anyway try stopping;imagine your future grand kids telling their friends about how their grand parent eats chalk.
It's a symptom of calcium deficiency. You need to go get a Calcium, Vitamin D, Magnesium supplement. Depending on your age you Calcium requirements can be anywhere from 800 mg. - 1200 mg. daily. Lots of people don't get enough, have no idea.Please stop eating chalk, it's not healthy. Give your body what it's actually needing.
I absolutely love it. It keeps my stress levels at bay. I know all about pica and have spent considerable amount of time researching it but eating non toxic chalk in moderation has really helped me. Each person is different and may react to a chalk in different ways.
