What are some easy arm toning exercises I can do while sitting at my desk? With or without weights?

Try this; in a sitting position and your back straight, relax your arms, grip your weights with your palms facing upwards; curl them up towards your shoulders, and then back down again. Repeat this and keep your torso still and back straight.
