Well if flowers and chocolates, aren't your thing, and you would like to try something different here is my thought. I have tried this and it works great and completely personalized. Make a sexy coupon book. Offer things like Candle lit dinner, Seductive massage, or you could do whatever the two of you are into, like dinner and a movie. Whatever. Make it your own. I hope this a least gives you some ideas. : )

Something special or you can be "corny" & you can give her a key & say it's they key to your heart but that would be cute :)

Awwww sweet...or how about 1/2 of heart locket necklace where you can put a photo of you inside and you keep the other half with photo of her..you don't have to wear it, keep in your pocket or wallet to remind you who the other half of your heart belongs to :)

Godiva chocolates or truffles...the coupon book is nice idea too- or take her to see a nice show, like broadway.. or take her shopping and you can pick out an outfit you'd like to see her wear.
