What's the best way to lose 30-35 pounds?

I am feeling terrible about my body and body weight and am looking for easy and quick normal exercise activities i can do and a website where i can schedule out a healthy diet.. any suggestions with things that have worked for you?

dr. oz has lots of tips on yummy food* did you know you can make brownies with black beans and bc/ they have protein and good for you , you will drop pounds:) found it on dr. oz web site.. little things add up.. like when you go to the store dont park at the door.. if you park a little father your walking* burning cals.. use the stars instead of elevator.. ect. mindless stuff like that.. Oh!!! and drink a big glass of water berof every meal.. you wont over eat, and eat an apple 30min before meal and you will cumsom 300cl less than you normally would..

Exercise and diet, their is no silver bullet to loosing weight.
