Eat 6 meals a day small meals a nice healthy breakfast than snack like fruit a good healthy lunch, snack and than supper and you guessed it another snack I know your probelly thinking how will this help it does it fools your body into thinking its eating more when actually your not! I cut out all pork product from my diet and I drop quite a bit of weight! You need to also exercise lifting and cardio every other day make sure you rest two day out of the week so your body has time to relax you can do 2 days lifting and 3 days cardio or 3 days lifting and 2 days cardio but make sure when you lift you work different parts each day
To lose weight you need to take the right amounts of calories and cut down too much fat in you diet, drink a lot of water (at least 8 glasses daily), have a regular exercise and do not over do it. You also need to have enough rest (sleep) but don't sleep too much because a lot of sleep leads to obesity.
