You can try to soak in a hot tub with baby oil and also eat more fruits and vegetables. Try to consume at least 3 servings per day because they contain lots of vitamins and minerals that are helpful to your skin.

Hot water is the worst thing, use WARM water to wash, then massage with olive oil, put on cotton gloves, do this every night before bed. It really works well, also for your feet.

My father and grandfather have worked hard and still do. One thing can cure even the most severe cases of cracked, scaley, and dry hands. A lotion called "corn husker's". if u can find it that's the cure.

vaseline just rub it in for a little bit at least a Minuit i'd go for two tho and it will make your hands soft and non greasy is for the rubbing it in part but you may need to do it about three or four times a day to get your started i'd say then continue to do that every other day

At bedtime, rub Vasoline or baby oil on your hands, and put on a pair of gloves. This may take a few applications, it also works for feet. I have sensitive skin, and because I wash my hands often, I have to use soap made by a cold process, I order from the 'flower guy.com'.

Wear gloves for a day or two, then apply ALOE VERA lotion 3 times a day for a few days, then 2 times a day for a few days, then after that apply it only once every day before bedtime until winter ends. The key here is: patience.

Don't laugh...there is a cream that farmers use on the udders of milk cows when they become dry & cracked in the winter (the udders not the farmer...). I no longer live in a farming area and have forgotten the name...??? Anyone We used to use it on our hands and legs in the winter in Nebraska (that's a little known state N of Kansas, S of S Dakota, and home of the Huskers!!!!!!!!!!)

My brother has very dry hands, and there aren't many lotions that work for him. One thing that has really helped him is to put Vaseline on his hands when he goes to bed at night and then wear socks over his hands to keep it from rubbing off on his bed. He does this about one or two times a week. Other basic things to remember are:
1. Wear gloves
2. Wash your hands with warm water, it doesn't make your hands as chapped as cold water does
3. Use lotion
4.If dryness persists, ask your doctor about it at your next appointment. They can give you medicated lotion.

Hope this helps(:

I have recently discovered "Working Hands". It comes in a jar and it is a miracle! You can find a local store that sells it by visiting their website at http://okeeffescompany.com/index.php?page=working-hands. You can also purchase it online. They also have "Healthy Feet" which is also amazing. It doesn't leave your hands greasy and it is guaranteed or your money back. You can tell the difference
with your first application.
