What are some good ways to loose weight without exercising?

Avoid fat diets, to lose weight you need to consume few calories and burn more calories. It can be through exercise, drinking water, eating half of the normal portion you take, eating snack with fruits and vegetables. Avoid desserts, be parking in the furthest place in a parking lot, be taking the stairs instead of lifts. But the good way to lose weight is to exercise, because you will be able to burn a lot of calories at different spots.

A good diet with good portion control can be helpful but unfortunately, the fact of the matter is we all need some good daily exercise. Thus becomes more and more important as we get older.
