You can reduce the redness on your cheek exercise daily for 30 minutes, drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine, don't become self-conscious and don't use the previous medications or cosmetics. It's advisable to seek for a medical advice.

Rub lime or lemon juice on your skin. Never act on advice you recieved from a website. Consult your dermatologist before taking online advice.

lemon juice can lighten your skin but it doesn't fix red cheeks just makes everything a shade lighter.

You may have a problem called Rosacea which would require a visit to your local dermatologist.

Please see a dermatologist to rule out skin cancer and Rosacea. See slide show about skin conditions on medicinenet.com. Wear a hat in the sun.

Place a spoon on your face!
Anything natural that's cold can usually soothe redness.
Such as cucumbers.

Toner works. If you wash your face, I would use it afterwords, then apply moisturizer. Toner helps tone and even out your skin tone. You can probably even google ways to make your own toner -- although you can probably buy it. It's helped me.
