If an item comes to your house and it is addressed to you with your correct name and address and you in no way requested it, then you don't have to pay for it. But bear in mind that doesn't mean that whoever sent it won't try to get you to pay and if you did something like throw away the shipping label you won't be able to proof how it was addressed if they claim something like it wasn't addressed to you. Best thing is just to refuse delivery or send it back.
Don't allow items to enter your home, if you didn't order them. Refuse the order and make the mailman take it back. If it was already delivered, don't open it up and write on the package "return to sender". Take it to your post office and they will send it back for you.
