No I'm in the 9th grade and cant wear makeup ..only special occasions...don't try to grow up that fast makeup has so many chemicals that ruin your skin.and guys like girls who don't need to cover their face and look like a clown to be beautiful..especially young people...your young wait until acne kicks in and maybe them you have a need for makeup..for now have fun and don't worry about appearance just have fun cuz trust me time and youth passes so quickly now I'm 14 Nd I'm trying to enjoy the time I have left to be young cuz it's passing fast and I wish I could go back..just pace yourself Nd don't worry about makeup right now...

No, you are too young to wear makeup! If you really want to wear it, try a light pink lip gloss.

I'd say go for it. Your skin is probably still great so you won't need any foundation or concealer, which is what messes up your skin.
You could try a light color of eyeshadow (brown or grey) to make your eyes pop a bit.
Curl your eyelashes and put on mascara.
Just make sure that what you do looks natural. You want people to think that you look nice, not that you're wearing makeup.
