What are some good workouts i can do to improve my discus throwing

I throw discus and my principle said if i kept at it i could get a scholarship throwing, so what workouts can i start doing to improve it

Workouts for discus thrower include: bench press, pec deck and lat pull downs. Other excises include tricep pressdowns, dead lift and military press. This exercise should be done regularly for effective and one should take good diet.

Along with strength training you must also work on technique. I suggest purchasing a sports video specific to your event.

Push ups and sit ups. I used to be like u but then I did those two workouts
