There is no easy way to loose weight ; you need to get a trainer , set up a diet plan ( they have great apps 4 the iPhone to manage your calories ) , take in very little sugar , and not drink (when alchol metabolizes it turns directly to sugar). Also no food after 7 pm . At first its terrible but its gets better, trust me .
Exercise is very important but food portion is key. Doctors say eat 6 small meals a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack). The portions need to fit in the palm of your hand and of course eat healthy meals (duh!). People think its better for you if you skip meals but that decreases your metabolism, and thats definitely not what you want obviously. Cutting out all sodas and only drinking water can do wonders!! I've had family members that lost a lot of weight just drinking water even while they continued to eat what they wanted. Wii games are good for exercise also. My family friends are health nuts and they play wii games religiously, and it helps them a lot. Good luck!!
