Is it true if ur in the military and under the age of 21 but over 18 you can go to a bar a they cant deny you a drink cuz ur in the military

Sorry, but the legal drinking age does not change because your in the Army. There is a chance you will be stationed somewhere with different drinking laws, like Canada or overseas. Then you would follow their laws when you are not on base.

If Iam not mistaking if you are active military and are 18 years of age you may be served beer at on base bars only but you will not be able to be served hard liquor.

i have a lot of family in the army and they have told me that gust because u r in the army and under the age of 18 then u will not be allowed to have none, and do u really want to start drinking that can mess up your life and the law does not change gust because your in the army.
