wow look at that guy go.... i been smoking for 10 years, at first for fun then after havin kids it was mostly for stress relief. If you dont wanna have to kill someone (if you get that stressed) dont quit its gods natural stress and pain reliever and it shouldnt b illegal to begin with your other source of stress relief is booze or pills. From experience in trying to quit myself, you could find yourself trading in one habit for a worse one. I started drinking the last time i quit and now i drink alot and i still smoke. I say we only have one life to live and damn it im gonna b happy if i gotta b here. Good luck with that though.... "may the force be with you".
The most effective way of stopping the habit is seeking help from professionals, which means you need to check in to rehabilitation program. Because of the psychological motivation behind smoking marijuana, counseling and therapy is the most ideal way of dealing with the situation.
just stop doing it. unlike most illegal drugs marijuana isn't that addictive and you're body shouldn't notice to much if you just stop. a guy I know did this not to long ago after he spent the night in prison
It's easier to quit smoking weed than it is to quit smoking cigarettes, but look at which one is legal. Weed has no physically addictive properties. Don't trade one bad habit for another. Weed is less harmful than booze and dangerous drugs. Good luck!
I smoked for 30 years. I found a job that I really loved that did random drug tests. It made me realize what was more important in my life. I stopped cold turkey. It's the best decision of my whole life. I also decided to automatically transfer the money that I used to send per month on weed to a savings account. I now save over $3000 per year! I hope this helps you!
It sounds like it might be a more extensive problem. Why don't you move to a western State that has legalized grass, like California, Oregon, or Washington and maybe your tensions will go away all by themselves!
